Summit Band Boosters Craft Fest 2025

Doors are open from 9 am - 4 pm.
Set up is Friday, November 14 starting at 5 pm or Saturday starting a 7:30 am
Booth fees are:
Early Bird (by September 30): $65
After September 30: $75
Electricity: $5 per booth
- -Booths are producer only meaning that vendors sell only items they have grown, produced, or crafted themselves, ensuring a high level of authenticity and craftsmanship.
- -Vendors will request booth size (7x14 or 10x10) and requests will be reviewed but not guaranteed.
- -Organizers will limit the number of entries of similar vendors.
- -Registration and complete payment must be received upon registration. If not, registration may be cancelled.
- -There are no refunds if a booth cancels after registration.
- -A booth and participation in the Craft Fest cannot be guaranteed if registration and complete payment is not received by October 25th.

There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Your payment helps to support Summit Band Boosters.
By registering for this event, you acknowledge the following WAIVER OF CLAIM: In Consideration of this registration, I, the undersigned assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident to my person or property which may occur during my participation in the Summit Band Boosters’ Craft Fest, and I hereby release and hold harmless the sponsor, Summit Band Boosters Inc., its members and all other persons and entities associated with this event from any and all injury and damage, whether caused by myself, by the negligence of the sponsor, or other persons, or entities associated with the event. This agreement may not be modified orally or by any individual. There is no booth tear down prior to 4:00 pm. Volunteers will be available to assist you during the move out process. All vendors who begin teardown prior to 4:00 pm will be at risk of being refused booth space in future events.
