Our talented young musicians with the Ashley Street Jazz Band have received a prestigious invitation to perform at the 2026 Jazz Educators Network (JEN) Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana—a national event that brings together world-renowned jazz artists, educators, and students from across the country.
This invitation is a tremendous honor and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our students to represent Jacksonville on a national stage, learn from master musicians, and be inspired by the best in jazz education and performance.
To make this dream a reality, our goal is to raise $40,000 to cover travel, lodging, and conference expenses for the band—ensuring that every student can participate, regardless of financial circumstances. Your support can make this possible.
