On Saturday, October 10, 2026 the Avon Lake Band Aids, Inc. will host the annual Band-a-Rama to benefit the Avon Lake City Schools Instrumental Music Department grades 5–12. Band-a-Rama will draw many local spectators and will feature seven high school marching bands from nearby schools in Northeastern Ohio.
This year marks our 61st Band-A-Rama and is our 8th year of being an OMEA adjudicated marching event. In 2025 we hosted ten bands in addition to our own Marching Shoremen with hundreds of musicians and performers. In addition to our own Avon Lake Marching Shoremen, this year’s show will include: Amherst Steele High School, Avon High School, Cloverleaf High School, Danbury High School, Firestone Community Learning Center, Mentor High School, North Royalton High School, Willoughby South High School.
